DON'T FORGET

Effective October 1, 2017, a number of changes have been made to the ICD-10 code-set.

While many of these changes will not affect the Chiropractic profession, there are some that will. Your Document Plus ICD-10 code database has been UPDATED to accommodate these changes.

Below, we have included a complete list of what has been added and deleted in Document Plus as well as important information to note.
