     Our latest version of is 7.025. We have recently designed a new high-speed USB scanner.  It is most compatible with WIN 2000 and WIN XP.  The development of Version 7.025 includes better customization, better integration with practice management software, and new and revised reports - including our HMO / HCFA and ASHN Reports.  (This version no longer supports WIN95 or WIN98.)

With our new USB Scanner we have the capability to scan in any 8 1/2 X 11 black and white document and save it as an image. 

When scanning the Daily Note form the Pain Diagram Image is captured and inserted it into the Subjective portion of the narrative¹.

now exports patient data to Pulstar.  This eliminates the need to enter patient data into Pulstar Manually.

Pulstar Daily Note integration!  The information from Pulstar will be sent to our program and printed on the Daily Notes form.

The USB Scanner now has the option to act as an image scanner for ANY document!  Scan and print images for patients from inside .  This is a great feature for offices that are trying to convert to electronic records.

Clinical (Re-) Evaluation Form:
A new and more extensive Clinical Evaluation Form has been added to our catalog of available forms. Considerably more inclusive than it's predecessor. This form generates higher quality reports, and incorporates a Clinical Re-Evaluation form into the standard form for a better assessment of the patients' progress. The new Clinical Evaluation provides you with Attorney Reports designed for optimal case settlement for the patient; Patient Education Reports designed to promote long-term patient care and help establish an ongoing treatment relationship with the patient; Final Reports designed to get full financial compensation for case completion and help quantify the quality of your treatment.

Daily Note/Travel Card:
The Daily Note / Travel Card system has been adjusted with new functions to allow doctors and their staff to better customize it in conjunction with their routine office techniques. This Daily Note /Travel Card form is intended to speed up processing time in efforts to save valuable staff time.

Network Capabilities:
A multi-user system, allowing it to run on a server and workstations in the office at the same time. Available at no additional charge.

Outcome Measure Forms:
Outcome measures forms that (when used in co-operation with examination and reexamination forms and procedures) help measure the effectiveness of patient treatment. These forms include: Revised Oswestry Chronic Low Back, Roland Morris Acute Low Back, Neck Pain Disability Questionnaire, and the Health Status Questionnaire. All four of which methodically translate patient forms into computed, easily understood percentages to help establish the sound, dependable treatment that is provided. Outcome Measures are one of the easiest ways to quantify the patients' response to treatment.
