Why do I get a crash date when I go into DocPlus?
Document Plus is designed to verify the structure of your databases when DocPlus is shutdown improperly.
When this screen comes up make sure that all computers that use Document Plus are closed out of the program. This process will fix minor errors and verifies that there aren't any corrupted files.
If this process finishes and takes you to a blue screen please type in your name, print out the form, and fax all sheets that were printed after the verification to the Technical
Support Department. Fax the report to 770-814-9988.

Why do I get "Validation Errors" when I scan in a form?
There are two types of "Validation Errors": "validation warnings" and validation errors".
"Validation errors" are designed to prevent sentence structure errors (ex. male bubbles in pregnancy question). "Validation warnings" are
used to inform the user about an error on the form but is not a critical enough error to halt the operation. You will get an option to continue or re-scan the form. If you
generate a form with "validation warnings" you will ONLY be able to generate the summary of that form.

Why do I get the error "Cannot recognize form ID marks" when scanning?
This error usually comes up when the form is not scanned in straight.
If the scanner still doesn't accept the form, check to make sure that there are no pencil marks on the right side of the page where the tracks are. Your scanner could have dust
build-up on the read-heads. You should clean your scanner about every six months. If you have the ScanMark 2250 model you can make sure that the right tray is properly
aligned by pushing down on the tray from the top. If you continue to have problems please call technical support.
